Bailey Larissa Johnson is a Costume Designer, Illustrator and Artist. She holds two Associates Degrees from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, one in Fashion and the other in Costume Design for Film and Television, and will be receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts for Theater Costume Design from CalArts in spring of 2024. Her credits include Costume Design for the CalArts production of Tina Kronis’ The Overcoat (2024) and for award winning short films Feet of Fire (2017) and Juliet (2020) as well as Assistant Costume Design for CalArts CNP’s Etta and Ella on the Upper West Side (2023) She is deeply passionate about design as a storytelling medium, and is also passionate about good food, animals, cars from the 60’s, music from the 70’s and movies from the 80’s.
